50 Seniors received their Class Rings today. Some are traditional and some have a new look. They really look good. So look at ring fingers when you see them out and about.
This morning our 150 strong Freshmen Class, The Class of 2025, signed their pledge to graduate in the class of 2025. "As a student, I pledge to believe in myself, do the work it takes to graduate with my class and seek help whenever I need it."
A decision has been made to transition to an A/B schedule starting Friday, Aug. 20th. The initial plan is to run the A/B schedule from August 20th-August 27th. We will continue to monitor numbers and make decisions weekly on our plan of action. Please have plans in place for A/B instruction for next week and beyond in case we have to extend our time due to the continued increase in Covid numbers. Teacher and Student Expectations document will be shared via social media with parents. I have attached the Teacher and Student Expectations guidance below. Also keep in mind the following items:
Tribe A will receive instruction on Monday and Wednesday
Tribe B will receive instruction on Tuesday and Thursday
Tribe A and Tribe B will work remotely on Fridays.
All teachers and staff are still required to come to school on Monday- Friday.
Lesson Plans will switch to the Google Slide format that we used last year until we are back 100% traditional.
Please make sure that all your students are familiar with Google Classroom and how to access additional resources if needed (it is understood that assignments will be given in a paper/pencil format to accommodate accessibility needs).
Grades 2-5 will start eating in classrooms on 08/18/21.
Currently, it is optional on whether or not students transition or teachers. If numbers continue to increase all teachers will be notified that they will need to transition instead of students.
If you have any questions or concerns please see administrator.
