This was the first week for some of our students to walk to breakfast or class without parental accompaniment. Our Irwin County Schools superintendent, Coach "B," assisted the morning car and bus drop-off team this week. Irwin County Elementary School students also have lots of hallway helpers, with dedicated staff in hallways and other traffic areas throughout the school to make sure students reach class safely.
