Welcome to Irwin County Elementary School!

Irwin County School System Updates 4/1/2020

With the mandate from Governor Brian Kemp, our schools will remain closed for the remainder of the school year. We will continue to inform everyone as soon as possible on various topics.

For now, all dual-enrolled students must continue their courses online in order to earn the credits. Please continue to communicate with those colleges.

Other services, such as printed packets and meal deliveries, will cease after tomorrow until further decisions can be made.

A decision on high school graduation will be made at a later time and announced.

Please continue to check our social media sites, websites, and stay in contact with your child's teachers. Our students health and safety are our greatest priority! We ask that you all practice the safety requirements put forth by Governor Kemp, the CDC (Center for Disease Control), the DPH (Georgia Department of Health) and the WHO (World Health Organization).

Thank You and Stay Safe!

The hotline hours are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; after 5 p.m. all calls will be forwarded to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation. Callers will not be asked to reveal their identities. Make the call; you can make a difference!
