If you are unable to stay and fill out the paperwork you may pick up a packet on Wednesday, July 19 and return it by 4:30 pm on Thursday, July 20.
Paperwork not returned by 4:30 pm on July 20 could result in the loss of your child's slot. If your child's slot is lost your child will move down to the last slot on the waiting list.
NO child will be put on a Pre-K class roster until this process is complete. Information about Pre-K Orientation Phase II/Open House will be provided upon completion of Phase I.

Kindergarten Registration and Screening will be held on April 25-26 from 12:00 until 2:30 for those students who are planning to attend Kindergarten at ICES for the 2017-18 school year. Please call 468-9476 to make an appointment. Students must be 5 on or before September 1.
Please bring the following with you:
- Child's Social Security Card
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Record
- Eye, Ear and Dental Screening Certificate

The 1-877-SAY-STOP toll- free hotline was created by the Georgia Department of Education. Students can anonymously report anyone who has a weapon, has threatened to bring a weapon to school, or has violated any other school safety rules. The hotline hours are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; after 5 p.m. all calls will be forwarded to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation. Callers will not be asked to reveal their identities.
